Oak Hill Apartments at 6601 Oak Hill Circle, Rensselaer, New York.

I would like to rate this property as 5 star in scamming and misleading future tenants of their property. They do not stick to there own words. The lady sitting in the leasing office said that the security deposit is refundable until we have signed the lease, but she took money from our bank and did not refund it when we informed her that we won’t be signing the lease due to existing issue and structural issues in their property. I emailed her but she never replied. And when I spoke with the manager of the property she was rude as hell and said “I am not giving back your money, do whatever you can do”.
These people are very rude and scammers.
